When my spouse asked me if my pal and I could go visit his family, I agreed, and my pal and I only live two plus a half hours away, so I assumed my pal and I would drive up for the afternoon, but however, as my pal and I were talking about how my pal and I were going to spend our time when my pal and I chose to go to visit, I realized that my spouse intended on staying the entire weekend, which meant that we’d have to stay the night.
Normally, I wouldn’t have cared about sleeping anywhere else, however his family always kept their condo so cold, then the temperature control settings were sometimes different, however always hovering around 68 degrees plus 68 degrees plus to me, this was cold! The guest living room had two air vents on the wall, plus they hit the bed directly, i personally didn’t know there were enough blankets on the bed to keep warm.
There was one sheet plus a thin quilt. I never slept well at my spouse’s family’s condo because it was too cold. I always spent the night shivering or trying to find a spare blanket. I’m not someone who variations other people’s temperature control settings, because it’s certainly personal plus I wouldn’t want someone doing it for me. This is why I had to get creative. I packed a few pairs of fuzzy socks, sweatpants, plus thick sweatshirts. I even packed a hat just in case I couldn’t get moderate with the other cozy items, then before I went to bed, I layed up plus snuggled into bed, however for the first time, I actually slept in that cold house!
