When my partner asked me if my associate and I could go visit her family, I agreed… My nice friend and I only live two plus a half hours away, so I assumed my associate and I would drive up for the afternoon, but however, as my associate and I were talking about how my associate and I were going to spend our time when my associate and I opted to go to visit, I realized that my partner intended on staying the entire weekend, which meant that we’d have to stay the night, but normally, I wouldn’t have cared about sleeping someplace else, but her family constantly kept their household so cold, but the thermostat settings were sometimes different, but constantly hovering around 69 degrees plus 69 degrees plus to me, this was cold! The guest study room had two air vents on the wall, plus they hit the bed directly, and i personally didn’t think there were enough blankets on the bed to keep warm. There was one sheet plus a thin quilt. I never slept well at my partner’s family’s household because it was too cold. I constantly spent the night shivering or trying to find a spare blanket. I’m not someone who swings other people’s thermostat settings, because it’s absolutely personal plus I wouldn’t want someone doing it for me. This is why I had to get creative. I packed a few pairs of fuzzy socks, sweatpants, plus thick sweatshirts. I even packed a hat just in case I couldn’t get moderate with the other cozy items, then before I went to bed, I layed up plus snuggled into bed, and for the first time, I certainly slept in that cold house!
