The Leaves Were Piling Up Around Condenser Unit

Every year, before the correct start of Fall, I like to hire an Heating, Ventilation, and A/C professional to come repair my Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system.

I like for the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C professional to look at my air conditioning system since I’ve run it all Summer long, and I like for him to look at my furnace before turning it on for the cooler months. This ensures that my entire Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system is running smoothly and efficiently before making the transition from air to heat. This year was no exception. I hired the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C professional, he came to my house, looked at everything, and he told me that both the air conditioning system and furnace were running officially. This was good news and I continued running my air conditioning while the weather was still hot. A few weeks later, I noticed that my utility bill was unusually high, but since I’d already had an Heating, Ventilation, and A/C professional repair my Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system, I assumed it was a glitch of some sort and I thought nothing more of it. It wasn’t until I started hearing my A/C component working extra hard, and the air starting and stopping consistently, that I realized something was wrong. I called the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C professional back and asked him to come double check his work. What he told me, I wasn’t expecting. According to him, the leaves were already start to fall from the trees and they were building up around my condenser unit. In order to keep my A/C running efficiently, I needed to clear the leaves around it.
