In the start, I didn’t think that I cared about the Heating and A/C system, however the more I toured houses, the more I realized how important it was to find something that had a reliable, well cared for Heating and A/C system, then sInce I would be spending a lot of money on a downpayment and maybe a few cosmetic renovations, my realtor commanded me to look at homes that didn’t have any large appliance issues. This included things like washer and dryers, kitchen appliances, and boilers and A/C units. I took what he said to heart and I stopped looking at houses that had window A/C units and ductless mini split systems, because I knew I wouldn’t cherish living in a condo with those A/C options. I’d always used central AC, and I wanted to continue that without having to spend thousands of dollars to get it. A lot of the houses I’d toured in the start only had the window A/C units and ductless systems, so I was thankful that my offers on those never got accepted. The condo hunting took longer, however I’m so glad I waited and ended up with a condo that already had a fantastic Heating and A/C system.
