When I installed a smart control unit, I didn’t need to micromanage my control unit nearly as much… The smart control unit was known for programming itself based on your temperature preferences and patterns, then once it picked up on my settings, I rarely needed to adjust anything, then wIth this in mind, you’ll understand why I don’t spend my money attention to the temperature of my condo truly often, however my Smart control unit will alert me of any concerns with my heat and air patterns, so if I don’t receive anything from the control unit, I don’t worry about it.
The other afternoon though, I could tell that something was off, and after a long afternoon of running errands, I expected to walk into a comfortable home.
What I walked into though, was anything however comfortable. The air felt abnormally cold, and it wasn’t because my body was having a strenuous time adjusting from the outside heat. After I put away my things, I started noticing that my fingers and toes were frozen! A comfortable condo doesn’t include frozen toes and fingers, which is when I finally decided to look at the control unit. When I tapped on the touch screen, I saw that it had been set to 68 degrees! I was used to my indoor temperature being around 68 or 75 degrees, so 68 degrees was really low for my liking. To this afternoon, I’m not sure how the temperature got so low, however I’m glad I caught it sooner rather than later; Cooling an entire condo to 68 degrees was inefficient.
