I spent an eternity looking at houses plus trying to purchase one that was best for me. This included things like washer plus dryers, study room appliances, plus heating systems plus A/C units. I took what he said to heart plus I stopped looking at houses that had window A/C units plus ductless mini split systems, because I knew I wouldn’t care about living in a household with those A/C options. I’d consistently used central AC, plus I wanted to continue that without having to spend thousands of dollars to get it. A lot of the houses I’d toured in the start only had the window A/C units plus ductless systems, so I was thankful that my offers on those never got accepted. The household hunting took longer, but I’m so thrilled I waited plus ended up with a household that already had a lovely Heating and Air Conditioning system.
