When I bought my first home, I was overwhelmed by all the modern responsibilities that I had.

Unblessedly, my AC system started giving out on me a few afternoons after I turned it on, which meant that it was nearly impossible to get an appointment with the local Heating & A/C corporation; All the houses in the part were switching off their boilers and turning on their Heating & A/C systems, so when I called to have my AC system fixed, they were booking appointments for one week out! Since it was the beginning of summer, I was blessed to have modest rapidly changing temperatures to hold me over until the Heating & A/C professional could come service my AC unit. After this semi-traumatic experience, I felt like I could never miss another Heating & A/C appointment or my heating system or air conditioning component would stop working, and now, I have a calendar alert set on my phone to remind me twice per year to have my Heating & A/C system maintained before the rush.
