My dad is an HVAC professional & it’s been her only work since she graduated high school, i don’t know much about HVAC systems, but I do know that my dad is highly referred to within the industry so she stays pretty busy; There are two times during the year where she is more busy than usual, but her busy season is always in the Springtime & fall, because these are the times when people are switching between their air conditioners & heaters; Growing up, it was always expected that my dad would be at work before I woke up for the day, & well into the night, sporadically after I’d already gone to bed.
It never seemed to bother him because she enjoyed being an HVAC professional & that’s all that matters.
I didn’t love her work until I got older & started living in apartments & dorms without proper HVAC systems. Thankfully, my dad did whatever she could to make sure I was comfortable & wasn’t living without working A/C or heat, however when I purchased my first home, my dad began tuning my HVAC system for free & she was always available to fix whatever went wrong. This has been unquestionably nice, because HVAC servicing can be upscale. I do have to wait to have my A/C & heating system tested until after the busy season because he’s always so busy, but it’s worth it. I’m unquestionably lucky to have a dad who is a reliable HVAC professional who’s unquestionably wonderful at what she does.
